He suggested: “Think about where it’s [the conservatory] going. Is your garden north facing? East, south, west or somewhere in between?”
Angela said: “If you dream of a sun-drenched conservatory then meticulous planning is vital to make sure you don’t accidentally end up blocking the light to the rest of the house.
“Before you invest, do a bit of lateral thinking. There might be a cunning way to get the effect you crave without adding to your home’s footprint at all.”
