With their wardrobes full of designer clothes, posse of celebrity pals, and dozens of yearly trips of glamorous locations across the world, the gorgeous wives of the Kamani family have shown just how well it pays to marry into the billionaires behind the Boohoo empire.
Stunning model Nada Adelle, 27, is set to become the latest member of the billionaire wives club after her hunky PrettyLittleThing founder fiancé Umar Kamani popped the question in a lavish proposal surrounded by 10,000 roses at the Monte Carlo Opera House.
Already boasting more than 400,000 Instagram followers, and enjoying luxurious getaways across the the world, it’s likely Nada’s lifestyle is going to get even more lavish when she ties the knot to her PLT founder beau – who has an estimated worth of £1billion.
Her future mother-in-law Aisha Kamani, 55, regularly flaunts her wealth in her social media snaps – sharing pictures of her frequent getaways which recently included the Maldives, Ibiza and Dubai.
Meanwhile her sister-in-law to-be, Charlotte Kamani, 30, – wife of Umar’s brother Adam, 32, – has a similarly showy style and often poses in head-to-toe designer gear inside five-star hotels and on idyllic beaches.

Umar, 33, from Manchester, is the son of billionaire Boohoo founder Mahmud Kamani. In 2012, Umar and his brother Adam co-founded PrettyLittleThing after witnessing the phenomenal success of Boohoo – with their company now enjoying a host of celebrity endorsements including Khloe Kardahsian, Hayley Bieber, Little Mix, Nicole Scherzinger and Paris Hilton. The company is estimated to be worth £2.1billion by next year.
Meanwhile, Boohoo – who have bought up a string of companies including NastyGal, Debenams, Karen Millen and Dorothy Perkins – has remained a family business with Mahmud and his third son Samir joint CEOs of the multibillion pound group.
If previous Kamani weddings are anything to go by, Nada can expect a very expensive party with Umar.
Adam and Charlotte tied the knot in 2017 in a £1million wedding on a 24-acre estate in Lake Como, Italy.
The three-day wedding included a huge party as well as traditional festivities with the bride opting for a princess-esque affair for the marriage ceremony on day three, in a ballgown style dress with lace sleeves, a cathedral veil and glittering tiara.

Set amid 24 acres of private parkland, the villa has provided the backdrop to many Hollywood films including Ocean’s Twelve and is said to be a favourite spot of George Clooney who owns a holiday home in Lake Como.
As guests sat down to dinner, tenors performed O Sole Mio to the accompaniment of a live string quartet and the evening ended with the obligatory fireworks display.
Sources close to the couple claim the pair spared no expense to jet off on the three-week break first class before staying in a string of 5* hotels.
They are understood to have avoided other tourists with private safari drives across the Serengeti and a luxurious hot air balloon ride.
And to top it off they finished their trip with a stay in one of the world’s best hotels – a £850 a night spa resort in Zanzibar.

A source close to the couple said at the time: ‘The wedding was no expense spared, so the honeymoon is no different.
‘They had an incredible big day but it was very busy and they wanted to spend time together for the first few weeks of being husband and wife.
‘The honeymoon was just as luxurious as the wedding. It’s what many people would consider the world’s best honeymoon. It really is a trip of a lifetime. They are staying in one of the most incredible part of the world, in some of the best hotels in the world.’
They started off their trip in Tanzania, taking a private jet to a 5* hotel in Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania, before moving to the central Serengeti.

Guests stay ‘tents’ which have king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, a 24-hour butler service and walls that can be opened to give panoramic views of the surrounding bush.
It is thought they were offered their own chauffeur driven 4×4 for private ‘game drives’ to see wildlife every day of their stay.
The pair then set off for a week-long stay at a Zanzibar hotel described as one of the most luxurious in the world.
The Baraza Resort & Spa is made up of a collection of villas, each with their own private plunge pool and outdoor terrace.
Meanwhile, matriarch Aisha describes the Boohoo empire as a ‘family business’ on her social media as well as listing her hobbies as playing the saxophone, guitar and piano.

And although she is not officially linked to the company – she is not listed on the board of directors for any of the brands – she does appear to take on a very active role.
She regularly posts behind the scenes pictures from modelling shoots and images showing pre- and post-production.

During a recent trip to Tuscany recently Aisha came back with more than your average souvenir as she and a group of friends enjoyed a shopping spree in Gucci.
And it doesn’t end with her wardrobe – most recently the wife of the billionaire shared a picture of her lounging on a hammock in the Maldives, where she stayed at the exclusive resort the One & Only Reethi Rah, which costs around £1,500 a night.
She also takes regular trips to Dubai with her pals, posing on the beach and at lavish restaurants in the city.
Among her posse of celebrities pals is Mark Wright, Enrique Iglesias and Will.i.am, while envy-inducing posts see her with designer cars, boarding private jets and on the set of TV shows.
But it wasn’t always private jets and fine dining for Aisha, who once shared a house with 18 people while raising her three sons with Mahmud.
Mahmud’s Indian-born father Abdullah moved the family to Kenya, where many Indian families had prospered under the British Empire
Mahmud was born there in 1964, but four years later the Kamanis were forced to flee to Britain by increasing unrest and draconian employment laws that favoured native Kenyans.
They settled in Manchester, where the entrepreneurial Abdullah sold handbags on a market stall to feed his family, before investing in property and founding the wholesale textile business Pinstripe, where Mahmud worked, using family connections in India to source garments.
By the early 2000s, the firm was selling nearly £50 million of clothing a year to High Street names such as New Look, Primark and Philip Green’s Topshop.
Spotting the potential in the growth of the internet, Mahmud set up his online retailer in 2006 that would deliver their own-branded fashion at rock bottom prices, starting out with just three staff and operating out of a Manchester warehouse. Today it’s worth $3.13 billion.
From rags to riches: How PrettyLittleThing founder Umar Kamani’s family went from a Manchester market stall to a multi-billion pound business
They’re responsible for PrettyLittleThing and Boohoo, but the Kamani family story is one of rags to riches after they went from managing a market stall in Manchester to founding a multi-billion pound fashion empire.
Indian immigrant Mahmud Kamani’s father Abdullah went to school with Mahatma Gandhi in Gujurat, India. He moved the family to Kenya, where many Indian families had prospered under the British Empire.
Mahmud, 56, whose son is Umar Kamani, was born there in 1964, but four years later the Kamanis were forced to flee to Britain by increasing unrest and draconian employment laws that favoured native Kenyans.

Spotting the potential in the growth of the internet, Mahmud set up his online retailer Boohoo in 2006 that would deliver their own-branded fashion at rock bottom prices, starting out with just three staff and operating out of a Manchester warehouse.
Today it has a workforce of more than 2,900, with teams in Manchester, Burnley, London, New York and Los Angeles, as well as celebrity advocates including Little Mix and Tallia Storm.
Mahmud, who used to drive a van delivering clothes for his father and sold clothes on his family market stall, is married to Aisha, who is regularly seen sharing the benefits of the family fortune on Instagram.
Elsewhere, through a succession of shrewd business deals, he has snapped up ailing high street brands including Oasis, Warehouse and Debenhams.
In 2006 the couple’s son Umar Kamani started working for the family business as a manager, while attending theatre school. He went on to study international business at Manchester Metropolitan University.
In 2012 he and his brother Adam co-funded PrettyLittleThing after witnessing the phenomenal success of Boohoo, and reported a turnover of £374million in 2018. By 2022, the company is forecast to be worth around £2.1billion.
Meanwhile, the Boohoo Group bought a 34 per cent stake in PLT for £269.8 million in May 2020. PrettyLittleThing employs more than 300 staff and counts singers Miley Cyrus, Rita Ora and Nicki Minaj among its fans.

The brand opened a flagship store in LA in 2016, and Kylie Jenner attended the launch party. After the reality star wore one of the brand’s dresses in 2016, overall sales increased by 400 per cent.
Meanwhile, Adam Kamani is the younger brother of Umar and works across both the Boohoo, Pretty Little Thing and Nasty Gal brands.
In September 2017, he tied the knot with Charlotte McHale in what was dubbed the summer’s most lavish wedding before treating his bride to a £1million honeymoon in Africa.
Samir Kamani is Aisha and Mahmud’s third son who heads up procedures at BoohooMan. His Instagram account is littered with various A-listers as he poses alongside the likes of Paris Hilton, Kourtney Kardashian and Joe Jonas.
