SEEKING Sister Wife stars Garrick and Dannielle Merrifield are building a home for $241,801, as he is trying to have a baby with his fiancee Roberta on the show.
Garrick, 37, proposed to Roberta, 33, on Seeking Sister Wife, as he hopes to bring her to the United States to join “wife” Dannielle, 33, and their two sons.
The Sun can exclusively reveal Garrick spent $57,500 on two acres of land in Buena Vista, Colorado on April 27, 2020.
On September 4, 2020, Dannielle’s name was added to the deed.
According to property records, the couple built a 3,900 square foot two-story home in 2020 for a value of $163,973.
They also built a 1,020 square foot detached garage with concrete foundation for $20,328.
The couple also filed permits for a driveway.
The land sale came just months after Garrick and Dannielle divorced, as he planned to marry Roberta so she would be able to live in the United States.
The Sun can previously reported Garrick and Dannielle filed a joint petition for divorce on November 14, 2019 in Buena Vista, Colorado.
A clerk from the Colorado courthouse confirmed their divorce was finalized on February 20, 2020.
On Seeking Sister Wife, Dannielle explained: “We first tried to get Roberta here on a travel visa and she was denied.”
Dannielle added: “The only way to get Roberta from Brazil to America is for Garrick to legally marry her so Garrick and I have to get divorced for that to happen.”
Garrick and Dannielle, along with their two sons Geremiah, 11, and Solomon, 10, traveled to Cabo, Mexico to meet Roberta on a nine-day getaway.
Dannielle, who was married to Garrick for 13 years, said: “Meeting Roberta for the first time was surreal. Everyone got along amazingly. It was just perfect.”
Garrick and Roberta became intimate the night he proposed to her, which was the second night of the vacation.
Dannielle struggled with jealousy issues when the two started to become intimate.
Dannielle explained: “It was a little hard at first sharing Garrick in that intimacy. I cried and I had a really hard time.”
With the Covid pandemic, the two lost time with Roberta, as they were unable to travel.
On last week’s episode, Garrick planned a vacation around Roberta’s ovulation schedule, as they decided to try to have a baby before tying the knot.
Seeking Sister Wife fans have been speculating Garrick and Dannielle have split, as neither has photos of the other on their social media pages.
Garrick just has a photo of Roberta with his two sons on Facebook.

But Dannielle seemed to shut down split rumors when she posted a photo of her feet next to a man’s near a fire pit.
She captioned the sweet snap: “Date night in the city with my love! #Happierthanever.”
