Party of Five alum Jennifer Love Hewitt announced Sunday that starting on Monday she’ll be taking a one or two-week break from her 1.1M Instagram followers and 4.6M Facebook followers.
‘I need to reset. I need to take my scrolling time and make it active time. Workouts, breathing, manifesting, time with my kids and husband. All of it,’ the Texan-born 42-year-old wrote via Instastory.
‘And social media makes me feel bad sometimes. Like I’m not enough. Doing enough. Getting my body back fast enough. Giving enough. All of it. I only share this for that one person or maybe more today who need time.

‘Just for them. And need to know it’s okay to take it. And in fact the taking of that time will make everything better. I promise. Sending love!’
Jennifer added that her children agreed to ‘give up YouTube shows’ with her in solidarity: ‘So one small miracle already, LOL!’
Hewitt’s announcement came the same day she reposted five TikTok and Instagram videos from other accounts, as well as a heavily-filtered selfie captioned: ‘Vibes!’
The former child star has long since abandoned her 840K Twitter followers with no tweets since August 2017.
