Chrishell went into contract on the 3,300-square-foot house last month and closed on June 10. She’s moving into the new space following her divorce from This Is Us star Justin Hartley; seen in May in LA
In March, she spoke to People about renovating the more modest space after moving out of the $4.65 million home she shared with her ex-husband.
‘We’ve all been living in it a lot lately [because of the pandemic], and I really wanted to just love it and enjoy the space. I absolutely love what TJ Maxx and Marshalls helped me do,’ she said of her renovations on the already furnished house. ‘I really just feel like it looks like a breath of fresh air, and that’s exactly what I was going for.’
Since the divorce, her actor ex has retained ownership of their old home in Encino, with boasts an enormous six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The former couple tied the knot back in October of 2017, but Hartley suddenly filed for divorce in November 2019 over irreconcilable differences, and the divorce was finalized in January of this year.
Although she’s ready to settle into her own home, Chrishell is still looking to help other high-profile buyers find their dream homes.
Earlier this month, she commented on a new story on Instagram and offered her services to Jennifer Lopez, who is reportedly looking to move back to Los Angeles amid her renewed romance with her former fiancé Ben Affleck.
‘Jenny, call me if you need a realtor,’ she wrote playfully.
