Since Roe v. Wade, AUL’s legal counsel has participated in every pro-life litigation that has gone before the U.S. Supreme Court. AUL is the originator of the state-based model legislative strategy, which today saves lives while undercutting the erroneous notion that women “rely” on abortion to succeed in American society, which was upheld by the Supreme Court in Planned Parenthood v. Casey.

Foster is in charge of AUL, which pursues and improves a mother-child approach that guards against the abuses of the abortion industry by taking into account both parties’ vulnerabilities and areas of interest.

This is the type of disinformation that Republicans use to justify government mandated pregnancies, which make no exceptions— for rape, endangering the life of the mother, or even for a 10-year old girl who is forced to cross state lines to seek an abortion. pic.twitter.com/M0DcCwfo7i

“I believe it would probably impact her life, and so therefore it would fall under any exception and would not be an abortion,” Foster responded. https://t.co/CHDMEpej3C
